How does Tindie handle fraud?

Our system has been honed over the years to ensure that only legitimate orders go through. If our system detects fraud, it is refunded immediately. For the buyer, if your order happens to be flagged as fraudulent, you will receive an email asking to contact support if you have been incorrectly flagged. Just send us a message and we will sort it out for you! For the seller, if you are alerted that you have an order, you can be assured that it is not fraud. If an order happens to slip through, Tindie will pay you for it.
