On an unshipped order, you can issue a cancellation or a full refund from your order page.
This will take you to the refund page. All you need to do is click which cause best fits, state the reason for the refund in the provided box, and click "refund."
Shipped orders and partial refunds
If your item has already shipped and you still need a refund or you would like to do a partial refund, please contact us with the order details explaining the situation and we will take care of it for you.
Do not refund buyers directly. In the event of a dispute, we're unable to consider transactions that take place outside of the TIndie system.
To cancel or refund an order that has been shipped email firstname.lastname@example.org with the order #, customer name, and $ amount to refund.
